I was wondering the same thing, there is no way my truck would fit through a golf cart tunnel?

Does "redneck" mean something similar to illiterate, not able to read signs ? Or does it mean an individual who just ignores signs ? Would like to understand, hear that from time to time in The Villages but not sure exactly what it means.
According to Google “in 1921 up to 20,000 coal miners battled for their right to form a union. The white, black and immigrant miners who came together to fight for better working conditions all wore red bandannas around their necks. This was to identify each other in battle to overturn horrific and unsafe working conditions in the coal mines.” Interesting how a term that was a source of pride for some Coal Miners turned out to be derogatory towards a certain section of white working-class people.
