Rainbow Springs is a magical place. Azure blue water with a roped off area for swimming in the crystal clear ice cold water. We rent kayaks and paddle around. Beautiful and not to be missed.

I'm surprised that no one mentioned the Orange Blossom Opry in Weirsdale, a short 15 minute drive off property. Ticket prices are comparable to the Savannah Center and it's not just country music.

I was looking for a list exactly like this! With the holidays coming I'm sure folks will find it useful.
I love taking the back roads. CR 103 is one of my favorites for some reason. I think it's because of all the horses and ponies. We found the Latin Market along there with lots of great things to stock up on for that Tex-Mex cooking and cravings! I haven't tried lunch there yet but I bet it's great and will certainly do it one day.
