My experience with PF was that it only hurt when I first got out of bed. After I walked around, usually less than an hour, it would go away. I continued my normal run and exercise schedule throughout the healing process. PF is usually associated with runners or others involved in sports that require running. If the pain last all day, you may want to get a second opinion.

Some Naot designs are suitable for dressy occasions, like weddings.

Thats why I fought for the MRI I might have been mis-diagnoised. One Dr thought is was more tendon?

Thanks for the post I off for the MRI in 15 min

Does anyone play golf with this condition?

Hi Mike and Nancy,
I always insert my custom orthodics into my golf shoes. Works fine.

I had this problem about a year ago. I went to the podiatrist and followed the stretching exercises and used the frozen water bottle for stretching and swelling. Once I got the orthotics I started to get relief. I would say 5 months after diagnosis I was able to start walking my mile daily. It sure is a painful condition.
