And yield to both lanes in the roundabout, not just to the one you are entering.

Entering roundabouts calls for a yield, not a stop.

Goes both ways. I have had more motorcycles not observe the yield sign entering a roundabout than cars. Two have been while coming around a roundabout in my motorhome. I understand what you are asking, but all should observe the signs.

And you should not stop entering a round about unless there is traffic already in the circle you need to yield to. People stopping and then going is just as bad. So yes yield and that means to either lane as the person in the round about always has the right of way. And yes that includes motorbikes and motorcycles. But do not stop unless you need to yield. The whole point of a round about vs a traffic light is to improve traffic flow. If everyone stopped when it was not necessary, they fail to work as intended.

Are drivers required to use their blinkers when changing lanes in roundabout?

IMO the villages could manage the roundabout better by not planting shrubs and annuals that grow too tall and block vision of normal height cars. Course if you in SUV or truck your vision not hampered by too tall shrubs. IMO waste of money planting annuals at entry of roundabouts and very dangerous for the maintenance crews and traffic while doing this.

Why not just plant shrubs that don't grow too tall blocking vision when I look left to see traffic? the extra benefit LESS MAINTENANCE and COSTs. Course somebody going to say but it's so pretty. Give me break it will just as pretty with pretty LITTLE shrub.

Certain percentage of vehicles and NOT going to yield to motorcycles due to they don't care or motorcycle/scooter in their blind spot.

Drivers who need to be in a particular lane in the roundabout should change lanes, and signal, before entering the roundabout. If you must change lanes while in the roundabout you should signal, just as you would in any other lane changing situation. In my experience, very few drivers actually use their turn signals for any situation in TV.

You are not supposed to change lanes once you are in the circle. Lane choice is done before you reach the circle.

Not always true. If you're going 3/4 around the roundabout, you must go around in the inside lane and then cross the outside lane to exit, using your turn signals and making sure there's no traffic on your right.

Default This plea has two sides

Last week I was navigating a roundabout and a motorcycle came off of Buena Vista and entered the roundabout. I was just thinking that he made a Maybe legal entrance when his friend behind him rode right in front of me entering the roundabout so he would not be split up from said friend. If I had not slowed down he would have been hit and I would have been critiqued for not watching for motorcycles. If there had been someone right behind me I would have been rear ended because I had to slow down. Thankfully nothing bad happened because I was watching for motorcycles. No one owns the road, but I did have the right away for the roundabout.

I see many motorcyclists not wearing helmets. How stupid is that!

Something for another topic, perhaps.

I wholeheartedly agree! One of my pet peeves with The Villages is all the pretty landscaping that create traffic hazards, and it's not just in the roundabouts. It's everywhere, including the businesses on the edge. Have you ever tried to leave the Walmart parking lot? I've actually gone to the service counter a couple of times and asked them to please consider trimming the shrubs down. And pulling into the hospital and medical offices from El Camino is really bad, too. Just a couple of examples.
