We live beside a retention pond and after heavy rain there are usually a number of plastic-wrapped "newspapers" in there

People are so petty. It only takes a moment to pick it up.

That paper sitting in a driveway for weeks shows who is home and who isn’t
I agree and Thanks for posting. I have sent an email as suggested below.

Why not be be an opt in for members rather than opt out for everyone?

That Barrons advertising paper is worse.

But that's the point. Typing a post on here is simply complaining with no chance of changing anything. Have you attempted to contact the POA and give them your comments?

In spite of phone calls and emails to stop delivery the paper shows up in my driveway even when I am out of town.

With all due respect typing a post on here may get multiple recipients to contact the POA. Get my drift?

Listen I pick up the one that is in my driveway and a couple lazy neighbor’s and several others on the homes that I watch while snowbirds are away. There’s nothing that says NOBODY’S HOME like a paper that sits in the driveway for a week. Get my point ?

Rather have mine in the driveway. Most people are not away.

I agree. “
“Floridas friendliest hometown” when my neighbor is out of town I keep an eye on their house and pick up anything that’s laying on their driveway. They do the same for me. Don’t talk to your neighbor? I say again,
“Floridas friendliest hometown” ?

Ain't that the truth. Almost makes me want to start a thread complaining about people who complain about anything and everything!
