Should have the same rules for things on your windshield as a car if you are driving on public roads. nothing in your line of sight.

Bottom line for me - it's a personal decision and choice. And certainly one that IS NOT impacted by other's signs or such.

I DO have a small American flag on my cart roof. 2 reasons - I am proud of my country, and I can easily check wind conditions on the course...

Amen to that! No one has ever changed their mind on who to support based on someone's sign or sticker, especially if profane or disrespectful. We need to fly our flag and stop all this nonsense. Ron

It’s funny. I know there out there, I see them, but I really don’t see them, or care about them. I know who I’m going to vote for so no sign is going to change my mind. Can anyone out there say a sign or bumper sticker has ever changed there mind to who they vote for? I doubt it.

I think signs are strictly for personal gratification. Putting a sign up for your candidate isn’t going to change my stance anymore than displaying a New York Yankee flag is going to make me a Yankee fan. Go Cubs!

Most signs are jus trashy.
Signs will not change anyone's opinion in support of the topic.

That is exactly my point. If a golf cart is parked somewhere, let the offensive signs stand. It will just help me figure out which people to avoid, and that's a good thing.

But when the golf cart is in motion, those signs shouldn't be front and center on those windshields. They are a distraction to the driver, and they limit the driver's view of the road. Small signs (the size of bumper stickers) tucked in a corner should be fine. But not signs that cover the entire bottom half of the windshield.

There sure are a lot of people in TV that want to tell you what to do.

The only reason to advertise your religion or political party is to get a rise from the other side, no matter which one.

George Carlin a comedian had a very funny bit going back 30 years ago the seven words you can't say on TV. Well it should really apply to our TV. Yes they should B decency however you can't legislate morality.

I find it VERY hard to believe that you allow a single neighbor to "trash talk" your political opinions or that you refrain from discussing political agenda. In the short time that I have been in TV the ONE thing I have learned is that the VAST MAJORITY of people have absolutely no problems voicing their opinions regardless of the situation, especially if its political related.

I think what is really going on in your block is that your neighbor does not agree with the majority of neighbors so because he/she/it has a difference of opinion you now exclude them, such an immature reaction.. IMO.

Take a clue from a great statesman :
"I never considered a difference of opinion in politics, in religion, in philosophy, as cause for withdrawing from a friend"
