We just got back from our third visit and it's just a matter of time. Expect to be there by Spring of 08. Hope the house up here sells. Biggest drawback is our grandkids. It will be very hard but we love it in TV. We both play golf and my husband is a "golfnut". See you permanently next year.

John Z you need another category, Those who have made up their mind to purchase but are waiting to sell their home. This is my situation but as soon as my home sells I will leave my snow shovel behind and break out the grass skirts and small umbrellas for a cool refreshing beverage of choice.*

I join the ranks of "none of the above"... purchase home in TV for retirement but not reitred yet..Still working in NY vacationing in my own home in TV a few times a year which we have completely furnished (we do not rent) and enjoy ever hour spent in TV. Cant wait to become permanent resident..LOVE IT there********We will be there for two weeks in October and will be picking up our ordered golf cart. See everyone on the course and in Sumter Landing..
