Default Polo

My wife and I are going to be at TV the first weekend in October. I note that the opening day for Polo is October 4th. I thought we and our grandkids would attend. Is there a problem with showing up and getting in? Can you buy advance tickets? Thanks for the advice.

There usually is no problem getting in. While they have some chairs there, you may want to bring your own lawn chairs in case all of the plastic chairs are already taken.

Default Polo

The matches are on Sunday and there are 4 in October.
You will love it, especially if you like horses.

See attached Polo Club website.

You can also watch the matches (after you pay the entrance fee of course) from your golf cart.

Thumbs up Polo fun to watch

My husband and I went 2 years ago to our first game. We fell in love with the game right off the bat. Joined the Polo Booster Club. Have been able to meet the players because of that group, have parties, and more.

For tickets you can buy them at the gate, or at the Box Office. If you are going to the Opener I suggest that you get them at the Box Office ahead of time, we do. There are two matches per game day. The first is always at 1pm. The junior players do that match. Then at 3pm is always the advanced players game. If you go to the 1pm match all you need to do to go to the 3pm match is pick up your 'stuff' and move over to the other side of the Polo Stadium. So you get 2 matches for a very reasonable cost.

We went to the Polo Brunch before the 1pm game last season for the first time. Highly reccomend it. Plan on going again when my Mother-in-law visits in October (want to impress her).

I'm orginally from MN so I look at Polo as hockey with horses. If you understand hockey then you can understand Polo.

SEE YOU THERE!!!

You can watch polo from your golf cart. At the 1pm match as you go through the gate you'll take the lane to your left. Carts can park by the fence, cars need to park on the left side of the lane. It's very clear where to go.

To watch the 3pm game in a cart as you go through the gate you'll go to the right. You can park anywhere around the field, except behind the goals.

The Brunch is open to ALL!!

You need to call: 750-7656 ext. 1 to make reservations. Call ahead of time so they know how much food to bring, it's brought in. I'm not sure how much it is this year, but last year I think it was $16pp, but don't quote me on that. You need to call and make your reservations. They start at noon.

They offered a good selection of food, with an Omelet Station set up.

Fall Season: Oct. 4th - Dec. 13th
Spring Season: March 15th - May 15th

Booster Club information: 205-8846
