Need to see the overall layout to make a real determination.

The difference in overall square footage is not significant.....best fit for pool deck area, etc.

Either way it’s a big pool, ours is 12X24. If it was me, I would go with 15X30 and make it 3.5 to 6 feet deep. Whatever you do, keep it rectangular. Those kidney shaped pools loose a lot of usable square footage and are much harder to cover and uncover. Good Luck : )

Totally agree. We had ours done (15 years ago) with curves and return curves.....if given the opportunity to do it again I would have a rectangle.....not so insignificant, much easier to cover and uncover in cooler weather.

Thanks. I went with a 12x36 with a 'beach'' rectangle and hot tub

15*36! Larger the better and more expensive. 12' gets to be narrow , but easier to self clean If you like that sort of thing especially with a brush on the bottom, yes we know there are automatic cleaners today but some people just like doing it once a week or so. Make sure you have extra inlet / outlets for great water circulation

Definitely 15 by 30. The depth depends on what you like to do. Most pools in TV are too shallow for our exercise, suspending and stretching uses, so we suggest a 3.5 to 6 ft depth. That way the guys can enjoy it on a cool morning and their belly buttons won’t get cold.

This size pool can handle floating toys better too and stays chemically stable longer. I had an 18x33.
Whatever you choose will be enjoyed.

Im not looking to put in a pool, but I want to put in an inground kidney shaped spa with rocks and waterfall. I've called T and D and their not available for estimates Till 2022!! I also called wiseman pools. Other pool companies don't do the inground spa. Any suggestions?

if you want optimal use, keep costs down-try lap pool 8X40 or 45 if you have room--plus an automatic cover to keep clean and retain heat
