Apparently not, judging from the back and forth comments.

Agree, and they will call them names like "selfish and stupid."

Not to gross you folks out, but pee, feces, drainage from open wounds that are in areas you can't see just to name a few things floating in the water you are walking in. Chloride doesn't kill everything.
My immune system kills what the chlorine doesn’t.

That is incorrect. From the CDC website:

“There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the virus in the water.”

Some of those listed are adult-only pools. Check the list.

The older people get, they're entitled--rules are for other's--

Almost willing to bet--the sports pool openings will not last more than a week !!!

Morons will ruin it, the Admiral usually swims 1.5 miles a day, she's chomping @ the bit to get back in the swim of things

Yes that would be the A &E crowd, of whom you speak.... we are not supposed to mention them here... Being.. those with Attitude and Entitlement, if there's a rule I will break it, and I will do WHAT I want, not what is good for anyone else.... there.. that will start them off.......

Thank you, it’s the busybodies always trying to mind everyone else’s business that really cause most of the problems. I agree staying home is a good idea for them.

Their is a rule on most pools that you must first shower before entering a pool. I don't know if thats one of the Villages rules or not...
