Default Positive experience with Community District Payment system.

While I think the CD's website is straight out of the 90's, it did work this time with a oops on my part. I changed the CC I had provided for auto-payments, and in changing it I managed to make the same payment twice. Rather than refund it, they simply credited it to my next bill, which is what I would have preferred to have happen anyway.

Anyhow, lots of negative posts, just thought I would post something that worked right

Are you referring to your amenity and water bill? If so, don't you need to pay a 2.3 percent fee to use a credit card?

I have no idea, probably.

I prefer to pay some things with autopay, and I prefer to not to give out banking routing numbers, with the CC I can always challenge a charge if it is not proper. Call fee "insurance".

Yup, I am constantly impressed with how well things work here compared to other places I have lived. No where is perfect, but this place comes close.
