We had our lawn service do it and they charged us $2 each which included the cost of the donut and installation.
Some add-on thoughts:

Most of the donuts I've seen around are concrete that has been poured into a mold then popped out. Green so they blend in with the turf. Cost around a buck each at the big box stores.

You can also buy a tool that's specific for cutting the turf out around the sprinkler head for the donut. Here's an example:

Donuts and the cutter are available at pretty much any hardware or big box store.

The grass in FL is notorious for spreading rapidly via the root system. Periodic clean up of the grass and clippings around your sprinkler heads is usually a good practice. The cutter is useful for that as well. Round-Up (used judiciously) can also be used for killing grass/weeds in and around the donuts.

A couple things I didn't see.

Pressure washing for the house once or twice a year.
Bug and termite treatment.
