Default Posting / editing question

How do you edit one of your own posts?

In the lower left corner under "Posting Rules" I see:
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may post attachments
You may edit your posts
But I must be missing something very obvious because I can't find any way to edit a previous posting (one that has no replies yet) to update it.

Thanks!!

Next to the little blue box in the right hand corner of your own post, there SHOULD be another blue box that says "Edit". Just click on that and it will allow you to make changes to your original post.

Wierd....I see that Edit button in my post above (thanks) but not in the one I'd like to edit that I posted a week or two ago. Perhaps there's some sort of time limit?

Can't due! I'm not sure the time limit, but I know it is less than a week before we can no longer edit our posts! If a critical issue needs to be corrected, I'd suggest you send a private message to one of the administrators for assistance! If it's not, I wouldn't waste their time.

Alternatively, you could always quote your post and take care of whatever it is you think you need to clearify or whatever! i.e. "In my previous post, I stated......" Just realize that doing the alternative will not alter your original post in any way!
