Not a word in The Daily Sun.

Haven't seen anything in the WaPo, WSJ, NYT, FoxNews, or TBT either. Quite a coverup.

Bill14654, I under stand your point but power outages come when you don’t know when you’re going to have a power outage. So to charge them where you are, you’re probably at home. Gas isn’t my point, to put it simple, you’re at home! Not where you are, where’s that? But I see your point too!

Heh. Does seem to be somewhat of an uptick in the snark. Usually from posters who have very few or no posts to their credit.

But in all honesty, this place is Miss Manners exemplified compared to that other "publication", identifiable here only via ******* *****.

Community Alert-power outages

October 12, 2023 at 8:35:31 AM EDT
Multiple power outages throughout Sumter County, please remember that intersections without traffic lights or law enforcement directing traffic should be treated as a four way stop. Energy companies are aware and responding.

Well last time it was a traffic accident that caused an outage about a month and half ago. I hope who ever was involved were not hurt. So I hope it was something other than that.

Today Stoplights out on 44, as well as banks in Pinellas plaza. Some of Brownwood and Part of Richmond out of power.

Nothing in the DS ( delivered at 0355)

But educated guess, it was the weather
