Default Random mattress question

When we had our lifestyle visit, we loved the mattress in the home. Any idea where I can find out what brand of mattresses The Villages use in those houses?

You can ask the agent that worked with you on the visit, however if these are like hotel style mattresses you will probably not find the EXACT model, and you will need to ask for something similar.

Mattresses are a scam. They deliberately try to fool customers by mixing up model numbers and selling the same mattress with several different model numbers, brands, and styles. Tempurpedic lost my business because they wouldn't even tell me what year the mattress was made.

That mattresses could be many years old. A new one isn’t going to sleep the same and finding that model won’t happen. But last I was told the lifestyle furniture package comes from City.

Probably should have taken a picture of the actual tag when you were there. I know hotels use “commercial” grade mattress as written on the tag recently when I had the same question. Good luck.

Agreed when we moved here went to several stores and no way to compare pricing.

Ultimately went to Sams laid down on several and picked one for a lot less than stores wanted and we have been very happy.

Contact your Villages rep. They can look up the exact home you stayed in, and either swing by themselves, or have the caretakers/cleaning crew check.

Where in Sam's can you lie down on a mattress? I thought they were all stacked up. Can you do this at Costco as well?

5 years ago when we moved in, Sams had mattresses that were stored flat. We probably forgot to ask for permission just laid down. They delivered mattress by truck and frame by ups. No idea if one can still do that.

Never been a member of Costco so cannot answer that

We recently stayed in Well Point for our lifestyle visit. Our agent said the mattress was from the Kevin Charles collection at City Furniture.

I found a hotel bed I liked and purchased online. I preferred to have tried a product overnight than a quick store visit. These are hotel grade so I expect it to last longer
