Nucky, maybe you do this already, but if you know the address of the house and the county it's in there is a wealth of information on the appraisers' and tax collectors' websites. There you can find such things as the sales history, property taxes, square footage, the appraised value of the property and those around it.

Thank you Carla & Barefoot. Yes we have one from column A & one from column B. If I owned the place I would do the same thing, two agents. It sure doesn't make it easier on the customer. I hope the one who is long winded finds us a great home so the slug doesn't get the commision. I'm going to familiarize myself with these websites later today...good job and thank you.
