If by foundation you mean that you have a poured concrete deck, then in most cases you would need to have the concrete cut and removed, the pipe repaired, then pour new concrete and have them reapply whatever finish you have. Most likely you'll have cut lines on your deck - they're hard to hide.

I had pavers installed for mine - they can remove the pavers if need be, repair any damaged pipe, repack the sand, then put the same pavers back in.
