We had our villa in the rental program with The Villages, but when they stopped long term rentals, rentals to folks who had already visited twice, etc., we signed up with First Village Rentals.
We're interested in the experiences of others with First Village Rentals or other rental/property management agencies. Are you happy with occupancy levels, property management, service, etc.?
