Looking for recommendations for double hung replacement windows.

I evaluated 6 manufacturers prior to replacing my windows here in TV in 2017. Included in my search -- Windoworld (cheap locks and poorly constructed), Anderson Renewal (only guaranteed for 20 years) Pella (frankly, wasn't impressed with internal design and upcharges). I chose Simonton brand and had Home Depot install. Incredibly well made and bumper-to-bumper lifetime warranty both for me and transfers to whoever buys my house. Guarantees screens as well. I can verify the guarantee ---- recently had a minor issue with a window....Home Depot came to see it and ordered/installed a replacement: no charge whatsoever to me. I bought Simonton's top-of-the-line model and have no regrets whatsoever. Low-e/argon gas/impact glass. Worth every penny.. House is super quiet and my utility bills are very low.
