Only 10,557 homes took part out of approx 30,000 homes?

Quite often a problem with links posted on TOTV. If it fails, use "copy shortcut" and paste in the address line of a new window.

Copy and paste the URL. Worls every time.

This is without a doubt the most comprehensive report I have seen in the eight years I have been filling out the survey.

I would like to see a sampling of the comments (good and bad) that were added to the various categories.

The link is wrong but the address is correct if you copy and paste it as the URL.
