I always bring -two- into the store from the parking lot. Even if I'm only going in to pick up milk. It's really nice that people leave them next to the handicap spaces for folks who have difficulty walking. . . UNTIL the wind blows that cart into someone's side panel. Not so nice then.

When I'm done using one, I put it in the closest corral or I offer it to any customer on their way in, if they're parked near me.

I always return the cart to the designated places in the Publix lot.....

yes, I've seen carts left elsewhere in the lot....and I always considered that to be something aligned with folks that had some type of temporary physical condition (leg cramp, pulled muscle, etc.) that prevented them from being the good citizen that they usually are

it doesn't bother me...

Unless you're able to walk in the other person's moccasins...you'll never know why they chose to leave the cart
somewhere else

I try not to judge anymore.....

I always return the shopping cart to the cart rack. Hate it when someone leaves a cart out in the parking lot.

You get your £1 coin back when you return your trolley.
A lot of the Canadians grocery stores do that.

Now that we have 27 sitting in our garage how do we bring them back.

Did get some odd looks when I have put one in our trunk though, now I know why.
I get many odd looks towing it on the back of the golf cart. Especially when the wife is riding the shopping cart.

If you are ever in the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Heald Way and hear this over the intercom—“ CODE C all available employees CODE C “. Don’t panic there isn’t a shoplifter or a Covid outbreak in the veggie dept it’s a call to wrangle the shopping carts from the parking lot because the cart guy is on lunch break!

I’ve always taken my cart back and always will! Handicappers, get a stay out of Jail Free card if they’re truly handicapped! I think all of the Fake handicappers live down here! They Play golf, dance, do yard work and take up handicap spaces when Real handicapped people suffer! And then we have the entitled Lazy people of all ages!!!!

I have already taken a cart from a parking space in the store with me.

This question was discussed in the Daily Sun on Tuesday, and just some food for thought.

Cheers!

It's very simple. Return your shopping cart to the designated areas that are within the isles of the parking lot. Or, if you’re close enough put them by the front where the employees can take them and put them back In the vestibule area ready for the next customers to come in the shop. All the lazy people that don’t care where they put their cart or how it affects somebody else getting in and out of the parking spaces or getting their car scratched Americans need to stop being so apathetic and have some common decency and do the right thing when no one’s watching. Return your cart, say please and thank you... be kind to others.
