Lifeguards can tell if you’re peeing in the pool. I got caught one time and the lifeguard blew his whistle at me and told me to stop peeing in the pool. I refused and he came running over to me and pulled me away from the edge of the pool.

Absolutely! My kids wore swim diapers and they’re now in their 50’s so it’s not a new concept. Hopefully the parents were embarrassed and learned a lesson

Hmmm- not as simple as you think. There are adult pools shut down weekly for the same code brown situations! Trust me this is not specific to family pools.

I swim in the sports pools. I'm still very much alive! Thank goodness for the filter systems. I would imagine adult seniors may pee in the pools but I very much doubt they would poop in the pools.

It has happened in the past. An older man was DRUNK and went into a pool with a large brown stain on the back of his swim shorts.

Default Nothing is guaranteed

I don’t like this either but why do we expect everything in this world to be 100% perfect? Nothing is. Maybe I did not wipe my rear end well, did not realize it, at the last BM and now I go to the water. So any of us could have some level of contamination. That’s why I am glad they are checking the pools daily! Good for the villages. One can always go to one of the other 70 pools if yours is closed. Not a perfect world. Can’t we all just get along! Lol

Well, not in most of them, but I know four homeowners who built pools for private lap swimming. Lucky them!

Please note, one is not supposed swim laps in designated family pools.
Sports pools are for lap swimming.
