No, I am saying they don’t care about the law and they already carry guns with or without a permit. I am saying that they don’t need a law to address their innocence.

The jerk on the golf cart could have been anyone. I like the ID tag idea, though. We should have a means to report Aggressive and dangerous drivers. My cell phone is always handy to take a mug shot picture. 👍🏻

We all pay our fair share of taxes. It is NOT unreasonable to expect government protection in the form of fair laws and fair Police. That IS reasonable. We have speed limits on roads for a reason......SAFETY. Having SOME golf carts with a top speed of 15 MPH and others "tricked-out" to go up to 40 MPH is an UNREASONABLE safety hazard in my opinion.
......There was an individual here on TOTV who BRAGGED that his golf cart was set up to do 45 MPH. That was within about the last 2 months.
