A new broom sweeps clean but sometimes you need a mop.

Just figuratively.

I was seriously thinking if showing her much impression of a sailor just into port but changed my mind due to keeping my blood pressure down.

I have been seeing so much more selfish behavior here in the Villages of late.

Tal - the expression I use for those perennially dissatisfied individuals is: GRUMP BUCKETS.

I believe you came across one yesterday.

A bird in the hand means you really need to wash it well.

Parking a few extra spaces away is also a nice way to walk some for exercise.

Well said,

Some want to get irritated at anything someone else does if they don't like it even if they are not doing anything wrong. Actually the complainers and name callers are the real problem, doubtful the other driver is still dwelling on it today or even remembers it.

How can you tell a snowbird, renter or tourist just by seeing them out and about in the Villages? Oh, I know the time I saw three white rental golf carts traveling together coming out of Lake Sumter and enter the round about. But other than that time I just can't tell.
