I called him(he was recommended by a friend) to replace my garage door opener. He called me back, and said he didn't do openers anymore, as he's too busy?!

He called me today ... says "I only fix broken garage doors." End of conversation. LOL, Sorry I asked! I guess when you are good at what you do it doesn't matter. Oh well ..... on to the next.

Know anyone who does general maintenance on doors? Track realigned, cleaned & lubricated?

He makes good $ only replacing springs.
Mine cost $225 installed. Took him about 1/2 hour. Springs cost about $100 for two.
If he did 8 spring jobs a day he makes $1280.
Of course, there is overhead involved also.
