Default Satellite dish in the Village of McClure

We are moving to TV on 3 Dec and I have a question if a satellite dish is allowed in McClure.

Your deed restriction may say you cannot have one, but the Telecommunications Act of 1996 says you can...as long as it is less than 1 meter in diameter.

FCC rules override HOA or equal restrictions, so you can have a satellite dish or over the air antenna. IMHO, you should be able to tell your installer to place in an inconspicuous location if that does not interfere with reception. I have several neighbors with satellite dish antennas, all installed at ground level and close to the house.
