So, which of the current TOTV threads qualify as real life problems? Light bulbs, algae, noise, TV shows, Costco, garage doors?

OP question…do you live in one of the Pine Villages? If so do you really lose power couple times a week? If so for how long.
We r looking at couple homes in those Lake county Pine villages, didn’t know it wasn’t Seco.

Yes, I do. No, I don't lose power very often, and when it happens, it is usually for a very short time. Not a major issue. The only negative about Pine Ridge and Pine Hills is that you are in Lake County and Fruitland Park, so you need to check the property tax for the house you are buying. Probably higher than a comparable house in Sumter County. But, the convenience of Colony Plaza and the Walmart grocery store are a definite plus. Ten restaurants within a mile or so.

As a pastor of my church, it is frowned on for me to frequent such places. Just kidding.
