Menus are only paper, like any restaurant, if it doesn’t sell, a replacement will be soon in the works.
Since the menu isn’t available yet, time will tell just how authentic the food will be. Or just a Scottish name for a common dish. Alcohol will be a hit no matter how it’s printed on the menu.

It will open when it opens. Guess the developer can get enough workers to build houses but for restaurants same problems all the rest of the businesses here have.

I'm from the UK and apart from the well known Haggis (which most Americans would not eat because of the ingredients - virtually all totally unavailable in a standard grocery store) What is Scottish food ??? Would Americans eat or even order Cullen Skink ?? How many Americans have eaten a real Kipper (not the stuff in the tins). I'm guessing that we will get a load of made up stuff like you see in restaurants purporting to be Irish e.g. I saw the other day on Irish night, a Classic Reuben (Jewish) Corned Beef and Cabbage (came from New York - definitely not from Ireland) Shephards Pie (should be made with ground Lamb - there is a clue in the name - can you spot it) p.s. If you make it with ground Beef (a very valid and tasty dish) it's called Cottage Pie. The funniest one though was Irish Nacho's ... very inventive to make a sale !!! I just love this place - provides me with endless things to do and talk about !!

Boston used to have an Irish Mexican bar/restaurant called Jose Mcintyres near Faneuil Hall. You could get a Margarita and a Taco along with your Guinness .

A few thoughts about McGrady's. The developers minion stated that it's going to be like Cheers and he expects the hired help to know the customer's names. Also 300 mugs for 100,000 residents won't cut it, unless the mugs go to the highest bidders.

It’s called anchoring - when the 300 mugs sell out in a month.they make a big deal when they order another 700 mugs.

Default Food

I’m not a fan of Scottish foods except for maybe Brunswick stew. I hope they serve Pizza. But hey, beer fills me up too.
