Before I go stand in line at the SECO office -- how long must a new customer usually wait before a deposit is refunded?
I started service in September 2015 and have been paying in full, on time, ever since. In mid 2016 I sent a letter requesting a refund of the deposit; it was never answered.

SECO is a monopoly. If you can handle the money, just call them and b*tch so you feel better than deal with the deposit. Always good to vent. Don't stand in line. If you really need the money then go and make a stink. Unless you are moving, you need them so chill, vent, and go get some wine.
