I have to admit, you are all very funny. However, you're making me a little scared about moving to TV! As a Newbie I won't know if I'm on foot or horseback while trying to navigate the roads, roundabouts, gates and dog poop! I think I'll put a sign on the back of my golf cart and car stating that I'm a newbie and please don't be too hard on me for my poor choice of gate, not being able to get in the gate, slowing down in a roundabout or rambling on about the dog that just pooped in my yard. I think when you buy a golf cart you should be able to purchase a caution sign to put on the back so you all will know we have no idea what we are doing. I have a feeling that with some guidance from you frogs we will have it down in no time!

The most dangerous mistake that I see newbies make in a golf cart is crossing "forbidden" roads, like CR 466, because they can't find a tunnel.
When in doubt, I suggest that you pull over and watch where the other golf carts are going.

Even this isn't so dangerous if done at a traffic light. It is illegal though and you could get a ticket, if you get caught. I must admit, I have cheated a couple times . . .

Your advise of watching other carts is a good tip!

No not kidding.
I once was in a store in LSL and overheard a customer ask a sales persone "if it would be alright if they came in". Silly me I assumed they were talking about some children. Then I see a double stroller come in with two dogs. Since then have seen many of these strollers.

Default Doggoe Day Care

Boggie

Tried to sneak our puppy schnauzer into Cabelas in a carry basket. We got busted and escorted to the doggie day car section where we had to pay and pen her up!

They allow this in FLA stores? I am surprised the health department and security allow that. Look what happened to the Buffalo ! They have been banned for chopping at a Grandchild's fingers!

But I'm way off topic again- MyBad!

Or the other option is to use the 'smash right through the gate' technique that's popular in Virginia Trace. All 3 of our Canal Street gates are broken. That's how we know New Year's Eve was a good one!
