So, now we have the 1st hour after restock open to the single largest demographic here in The Villages. This means that anyone UNDER 65 (the vast majority here) will never see any of the hoarded items. By the time they are allowed to enter the store, the shelves will be cleaned out.

This may be a great idea in a normal city, but here in The Villages, it will only make the problem worse.

Went to Publix at Colony this morning at 8:08 AM ( they open at 8). Parking lot completely full, two Sumter Sheriff personnel outside entrance in case of riot I suppose. Lines very long to check out and shelves still empty...no eggs, very little cheese, no yogurt, no disinfectant, etc. And this was 8 minutes after opening. People, get a grip already.
