Default Settling in, on Buttonwood Run

Hi neighbors - Boy, I've been dying to say that Husband and I moved into our lovely cottage (At Ease) two weeks ago today. In that short while I've made a host of new friends, planted more shrubs, enjoyed the pool, joined Yoga and Swimnastics and in general LOVE THIS PLACE! Only disappointment is that dear hubby had to return to VA as our house has not sold there yet. Fingers crossed for a contract offer during this weekend's Open House. Its so good to be here, and many thanks to all my new friends and neighbors for their kind assistance during husbands absence. Sandra

Default Also Moving into Buttonwood

My husband and I are moving onto Valley Oak Street which is off a couple of streets one of which is off of Buttonwood Run. Can't wait to meet you. I am hoping to get into some exercise classes also. God knows I need it.

We bought a lot on claverton. We'll be down the end of July to design the house and build should start in Sept. We look forward to meeting all our new neighbors in Buttonwood and the rest of TV.

Yes, that includes the lot, if you get one without a premium. Ask your rep to show you what's available. We paid a premium for ours because of location, but my "premium lot" location might not be a premium lot for you. Look around and you might find the right lot for you for the right price.

All housing prices in TV include the lot. When they say "starting at...", that means a $1,000 standard lot, no upgrades on the house and (usually) frame construction. I would guess that at least half the lots in TV are premium since being on a main street, corner, cul-de-sac or over sized lot as well as golf course or water views qualify as premium. Premiums and upgrades can add a few thousand to well over six figures to the price of a house. But don't worry, there's something here for almost every budget.

'Starting at' is for the house & standard lot as mentioned but it can be either frame or CBS based on the model picked. But the price is the price + options you pick or stretches to the base home.

We are building on our lot in Buttonwood later this year. See you at the pool!

Just welcoming all the newcomers to TV. No need to tell you all that your going to love it here, because I'm sure you already know that.
