Thanks for the advice to call the Home Warranty Department. I didn't even know there was such an entity.

I have the same setup. The large pipe is the main sewer clean out. One of the smaller is my sewer clean out and the other my neighbors sewer clean out.

Default Clean out pipe and location pipe

here is a new construction picture, one is a clean out, the other one looks like the site location after is was cut down to ground. Maybe it is a location identifier for the clean out.
