wild life cross highways all over the country and probably the world. In Minnesota its geese with their little goslings crossing interstates and you should see the havoc they can cause. That's what I meant when i say some people were being irrational and emotionally. I would not want to kill an animal but I would rather hit an animal had on then a tree

I think you are making a mighty big assumption. Chances are the driver was not paying attention to the road.
