There's a separate thread re: the problems with Chinese sheetrock/drywall. Since that thread greatly meandered off-topic, I decided to begin a new thread.

There was recently a report on CBS national news, reporting that similar problems are occurring with US manufactured drywall. For more info, go to www.cbsnews.com and "search" drywall investigation.
