From the Square at LSL (by Starbucks) walk down the street towards Winn-DIxie and count how many Financial places there are on both sides. Either 8 or 9 including the one "coming soon" was a quick count the other day. Just about every retail business that goes out there's another Financial services coming in. Another one coming soon there and 2 new ones opened over the last 18 months. Didn't even look at any of the other streets.

Wealth management has to follow the Northeast transplants. Saw an article that TV is in the top 70 per capita millionaires. Firms not going to let assets walk. Many need hand holding. Not expensive because most only have a few reps working there.

Pet Smart, large discount shoe store, movie theatre,
and several smaller stores are located there. The exterior was recently refurbished

It's so true . Sad but true. Most of the negative comments here are from the ones that live north. But, just makes me more confident that we made the perfect decision to buy new and south!

Yes, a totally different atmosphere down here, in a good way. Very relaxing and lots to do.
