When I was checking in this morning for my flight to Orlando at the Sacramento Airport in California, the gal at the desk asked me why I was going to Florida and then said "Isn't that the place with all the potholes"? It made me laugh - it really is about perspective.

I agree.
What does the op think he is doing? Does he think he is helping by scaring residents and potential residents? Does he want to be a party to cause panic and drive down our home values? Of course we will never know because he only starts these posts and never again replies.

Either worries way too much or loves to stir the pot a bit! I've noticed the rather consistent threads made re: sinkholes but wanted to ask..."and the point is....?
