My mailman's dog groomer's father-in-law's cousin's boyfriend's newspaper boy told him that it going to be a combination airport/train station/bus depot/truck stop. Wake up and smell the diesel.

It's the new "Get it Yourself Senior Group Home". Not much care, but costs a lot less than Assisted Living .
