Those table top card scanners are used exclusively in Europe. Why are we so far behind? I had my card cloned in New Orleans when the waiter took it out of my sight. It was a big hassle getting a new one.

Europe also had the more secure chip system...about a decade before us.

I use Apple Pay at the pump and don’t use my card.
