Default Spectrum

Does anyone have an opinion on Spectrum. Their advertise prices seem competitive. How is the product. How is their customer service. Any incite you can give would be most helpful.

I have Spectrum and before that their former company Bright House. No problems good service. When contractors cut our cable, they came out the next morning and fixed it.

Service is good with few blackouts but the price increase after one year is pretty dramatic.

I have spectrum here. I have had experience with Comcast and Spectrum/Brighthouse in the past in two locations, Indiana & Florida. In both cases Spectrum/Brighthouse was a better deal. Several times the Comcast group took several service calls and subsequently several weeks to solve my problem- including up grading my service. Brighthouse seldom left until the problem was fixed. I have always found Brighthouse to be much more prompt. Today the equipment technology goes to Comcast, but it really takes patience to get it running. For our home, we use Tivo, so the tech difference is neutralized.
When I discussed the items I wanted with the two companies here, I determined the prices to be within a few cents a month when fees and taxes are included. Comcast required a contract, Spectrum did not. Comcast was a special, Spectrum was not the advertised deal because I did not want the phone. For this and other reasons above, Spectrum won out

No Issues.

Plus there is a walk-in service counter in Wildwood. Everyone I've talked to there has been great...........it's always easier face-to-face.

After the first year, I think my rate went up $20/mth.

I have done "speed tests" on them.........always getting what they promise. Other providers have been known not to deliver.

Good Luck.

Another vote for Spectrum. We had Comcast prior—need I say more.

Default Happy with Spectrum

We've had Brighthouse/Spectrum since we moved here 4+ years ago. Could not be happier..love that you're billed month to month with no contract. We've had very little if any interruption in service. They stand behind their claims.
