I was driving on the path beside Paradise Lake a few weeks ago and a woman in a car was heading directly at me in the opposite direction. She swerved to miss me, literally by inches, at the very last second.
Another time I was driving in my cart and a guy came to a full and complete stop at a stop sign. Then he pulled out in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes so hard that I skidded and my tires screeched.
A cart going 22 or 25 or even 30 down a road or in cart lane is nowhere near top of the list that we have with problem drivers in this community.
Afew MPH over the limit not usually a big problem.

Yep, got passed to today by cart going at least 30 or more. My expert judgement says he was going 33.789999 MPH. As long as the DA didn't put me in danger ok, but IMO it's TOO fast.
