Very interesting on-line newspaper article about Morse developing more land East on 466A. Fruitland Park ponders potential future impact of The Villages - **************

Anyone know if any such meeting was really held in Fruitland Park?

If the meeting was not really held, and if the quotes from the Fruitland Park leaders are fiction, I would think that the town board members would be suing somebody because this article sure made them sound downright hokie, small minded and selfish.

Wow would that be a huge development.

4,000 more homes.

I guess it might not be "built out".

Wait until they cross 44. I've seen about 10,000 acres of open land down there that could definitely become part of TV.

I've always felt they didn't build that beautiful sales center in Brownwood for nothing.
