Who did you use new or resale that gave you the straight and narrow in your purchase?

I hear from some that discounts on new new can be negotiated and others have said no. Another said on their designer home they got a 14K break.

The guy I spoke with said on the patio villa since they are considered entry level there are no discounts. Also said we can't select a lot it's only when a unit is finished that it is offered and then for sale which makes no sense.

That's why I want another sales persons opinion.

The important thing for us was to know what it was going to cost to actually live here - she had everything, and I do mean everything, in writing before we purchased, and she was correct in everything she told us.
