Default Sprinkler System - Adjustable???

I have to remember to shut all my windows on Wednesday nights before I go to bed. If I don't, water from the sprinkler system comes in the windows in the wee small hours of the morning. I have a Courtyard Villa and the water pressure from the spinkler heads in the far back is strong enough to hit the windows. Does anyone else have this problem and is there anyway to fix it? Would I have to call an irrigation company? Which one?
Thanks for any info

All sprinkler heads are adjustable. Radius, distance, zone time, and some even the pressure. The type your having a problem with needs the swing arc lowered or the pressure reduced. Many of the lawn service people can do this. I bought the adjusting tools at home depot and do my own.
