When we shop in walmart groceries go in plastic bags which we have found works great for tossing 3-4 days of the Sun. Dont think those bags are ever tossed into the ocean or a pond.

The Sprouts policy to charge for bags is just a stupid idea that is costing them business because a lot of people resent being told what to do. If they actually wanted to reduce the amount of plastic, why do they package most of their products in plastic?
Funny about, "people resenting other people telling them what to do". People are told that they must pay their taxes. People in the US are told to drive on the right side of the road. I mean, I don't know too many people that stop for green traffic light and go on the red lights. Laws and convention Sheldon.

If you are on a Whole Food Plant Based Diet, then I think you will find the selections for this eating plan better at Sprouts thananywhere else!

It was to "reduce their carbon footprint"---the perfect phrase for me to continue to get paper from them until I die. And this business is not stupid---they're simply catering to the stupid people who think the global warming sky is falling.
Got to hate those Global Warming people. What have they been drinking? smoking?

Plastic bottles and particularly plastic bags don't ALWAYS make it to the trash cans or bags. That is how they could end up at the bottom of a lake in The Villages or in the ocean. And a plastic bag sitting on top of some coral in a Coral reef would probably kill some. True, excess CO2 is killing more living Coral than plastic bags. CO2 from gasoline cars and golf cart exhaust pipes.

By 2035 batteries may be using something other than lithium. There will be a lot of battery research between NOW and THEN.

If you are interested in organic organic organic and are willing to pay the price, Sprouts is probably the best store in the area. A similar store, Earth Fare, opened and closed a short time later due to lack of customers. But at least it now turned into a PGA Superstore.

The PGA store doesn't open until April 6.

God only knows. Has to be a hallucinogen, but which one? LSD, mushrooms??? Or maybe they are just suffering from a psychosis.

Love Sprouts but yea, there haven't been many shoppers in there lately. This is the busiest season too. Earth Fare lasted about two years. Hate to see the same happen to Sprouts. I'll keep going though.

If it was convenient to me I would certainly patronize them. I wish it was. One time I bought fresh produce and it was moldy the next day. They have a decent selection of items, and the smaller the store, the quicker the stop, so that is a plus.

There is a big difference between the Government passing a law that everyone must follow, and a grocery store trying to promote an agenda that a lot of people don't agree with and who are not going to follow.

I love the plastic bags from Publix...

I use them to pick up dog poop... I guess I'm recycling the bag before it's recycled again, for the last time...
