Default Stackable washer and dryer?

Closing on utopia model (Carport) patio villa in St Catherine soon. Currently still out of state and trying to prepare. Are the utility rooms in those models big enough for side by side washer and dryer or stackable? Anybody already own this model? Thanks!

Doesn’t your sales rep know?

Your sales rep should be able to get you the actual house plans with dimensions to the fraction of an inch, then you can compare with the type of washer and dryer you are looking at. NOTE: be sure you look at where the dryer vent and the water supply and drain are located, these would probably be very different for the stackable units.

I think they just have a small laundry closet, not a laundry room. Why not just search your model on their website and look at the photos, or look at whatever photos you used to make the decision to buy that model.

I would call the villages offices. You will find they are very helpful. I'm sure they have appliances that they can sell to you. Asking here? My logo is dave. But, dave said it will fit HAS NO VALUE AT ALL.
