IMHO Some like Furniture some like no furniture -- depends on who is looking. CLEAN on the other hand is the most important part. While we were looking at resales if we entered a house that was not clean we did not even go past the front door

Barefoot, After packing and getting ready to move, I decided that hopefully I will stay in our next home for years and years. Of course, I felt that way 30 years ago, and am still moving.

We are moving to TV for the golf cart access to everything. The home we have in TV is close enough at this time, but as I get older, I will want to be closer to SS. We just feel that now is the time to make the move, while almost everything is still packed. As for going to a villa from a house, the villa we found was close enough for what we wanted, but if that doesn't work out, another house is not out of the question.
