My rotisserie can accommodate a large roast, no issues. Thinking in the 6 - 8 pound range, prime cut. Will be plenty for everyone, and leave some leftovers. Oh yeah! Boneless is fine.

your choices are Fresh Market or BJ's. FM will have USDA prime, BJ's typically carries Canadian AAA which is far better than any USDA cut.
