Looked like a Tomberlin but was dark and couldn't tell for sure

Yeah, they are out there. A few weeks ago on Stillwater, there was one actually overtaking cars while he was in the diamond lane. I hope they realize what they are risking should they be in a crash. Golf carts are not equipped to go that fast, or should I say brake from that speed. Do you really want to risk your retirement to go 10 mph faster?

and once you exceed 25 you are an unregistered motor vehicle because you are outside the parameters of a LSV...minimum ticket of I believe $253 plus!

I try to use "street" courtesy on the cart (MM) paths.
When I'm in my car I keep to the right except when I pass someone. When in my cart I watch my mirrors and if someone comes up behind me (and is going faster than I am) I wave them by.

Simple, and it works great!
