Default Sugar Cane, DeSoto, and McClure flyover and construciton progress 3-24-2018

This was a flyover of the new Sugar Cane recreation area and the Villages of DeSoto and McClure shot this past Saturday. Since my last flight over DeSoto, two weeks ago, over 50 homes have been started, the pace of construction is amazing.

The video is shot in 4K and uploaded in full 1080p HD so view it full screen instead of windowed on YouTube to see the best details.

Video of Marsh Bend and De Luna up next.

Excellent and once again thank you for the updates. As you noted the building pace down here is unbelievable, they have a tremendous number of crews building these homes so they don't have to wait for one to be completed to go to the next, it's a joy to watch this happen. It will really be a joy when we see videos of commercial buildings.

To which commercial buildings are you referring? If Magnolia Plaza then I would guess that will start around the first of the year. The Brownwood area new construction has already begun and can be seen here -
